The first scene Kely McClung ever directed (on Super8 with Kely McClung, Rob Pralgo, and Scott Sullivan - 1992)
We thought this might be a fun scene for people to watch, from 1992! This was shot on a Super8 camera, a really bad transfer from film to SuperVHS, and edited on two SuperVHS VCR's... just a "super" scene. Kely had just returned from winning the International Full Contact Stick Fighting Championships (yep - those sticks hurt!) and working on American Ninja IV in South Africa where he helped choreograph the fights, train the other fighters, and got to double both Micheal Dudukoff and David Bradley as well as play - what else? - Super Ninja!
Rob goes by quickly but is the guy getting his arm broken at the beginning of the fight. The big fight was with Scott Sullivan - who 2 years later played the bad guy in Kely's first starrring role in the movie STICKFIGHTER. Robert also played a nice role in that film.
